Epitaxial Equipment Engineer (EPI) Epitaxial Equipment Engineer (EPI) - Skills Required - Engineer, Equipment,Epitaxial, EPI,semi-conductor,semiconductor,Gemini,Lumonics, laserscribers,mechanical<BR><BR> Epitaxial Equipment Engineer (EPI)<BR><BR>If you are a Epitaxial Equipment Engineer (EPI) with equipment troubleshooting experience in the semi-conductor industry, please read on!<BR><BR>What you need for this position:<BR><BR>BS in Engineering or other technical field, plus 5 years progressive equipment troubleshooting experience in the semi-conductor industry. <BR><BR>Other Qualifications and Requirements<BR>1.Excellent oral and written communication skills<BR>2.Strong business ethics and desire to develop technical staff.<BR>3.Must be able to influence at all levels within the company to bring production staff, engineering and maintenance together to solve problems.<BR>4.Ability to identify key equipment issues, evaluate options and take action.<BR> <BR>Equipment Utilization<BR>Experience on Gemini 2 and CSD Epi Pro 5000 Epi reactors is strongly preferred. Experience with Lumonics laserscribers would be an advantage.<BR>Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Proteus (or similar software).<BR><BR>Maintenance: Experience with Epitaxial deposition equipment, board-level troubleshooting, semiconductor processing.<BR><BR><BR>What you'll be doing:<BR>Responsible for the improvement of mechanical yields of equipment sets through procedure or tool improvements and technician training, involving the Epi Process area.<BR> <BR>Principal Duties and Responsibilities: <BR>1.Responsible for driving equipment performance improvements through a combination of uptime, MTBF, MTTR & OEE.<BR>2.Track and manage installation of equipment.<BR>3.Assist Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing training programs for maintenance technicians.<BR>4.Maintain spare parts and work on reducing the cost of spares through improvement programs and/or price reductions.<BR>5.Write and maintain PM specs.<BR>6.Ensure conformance to spec procedures.<BR>7.Perform equipment maintenance as required.<BR>8.Work with Maintenance staff, management, and equipment suppliers to determine training needs and priorities.<BR>9.Provide equipment utilization reports, analyzing fail codes, and other appropriate criteria to determine cause and plan of action.<BR>10.Establish and drive equipment cost reduction plans.<BR>11.Write PO's for equipment and include appropriate acceptance criteria.<BR>12.Implement and ensure adherence to Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.<BR>13.Modify equipment to improve process capabilities as needed.<BR><BR><BR>What's in it for you:<BR><BR>-Competive salary.<BR>-Full Benefits.<BR>-Relocation assistance.<BR><BR>So, if you are a Epitaxial Equipment Engineer (EPI) with equipment troubleshooting experience in the semi-conductor industry, please apply today! - PC-EpiEquiEng - , , , , , CyberCoders CyberScientificdf-lj More...
