Experience
- Hands-on design, build, implementation and upgrade experience of one or more of the following Cerner Millennium applications:
CareNet, CCL Programming, CORE/charge services, Document Imaging, FirstNet, iNET, iVIEW, Medical Device Interface (MDI), PathNet, PharmNet, PowerChart, PowerChart Office, PowerForms, ProFile, ProFit, RadNet, Security, SurgiNet
- Experience with Requirements Definition, System Testing, Training and Activation/Go-Live Support a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workflow in an acute-care and/or ambulatory setting.
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service focus to build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently or on a project team.
- Ability to work effectively with non-technical and technical staff and vendors.
- Experience with MS office software, and Microsoft operating environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Clinical experience: Nursing, Radiology, Laboratory or Pharmacy a plus.
- Up to 80% travel is required for this position, but relocation is not.
