<BR>Job Description:<BR><BR> WHY WAIT?<BR>Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?<BR>This may be your lucky day!<BR>It is time for a change, and CDI can help!<BR><BR>We have an immediate need for a Business Analyst<BR><BR>JOB DESCRIPTION<BR>Responsibilities (Deliverables): <BR>- This individual will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business needs, and participating in all testing efforts for the conversion of Legacy Wachovia Trust accounts to the Wells Fargo Trust system. This individual will be responsible for the creation of documents for all phases of the project life cycle including business specifications, functional specifications, System Integration Testing including participating in the development of test cases, scripts, and implementation plans. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze documents for feasibility, clarity, and completeness. Must be able to perform regression testing including the comparison of test output against similar files in production. Will participate in all testing activities including recording defects. To achieve these goals the individual will need to work closely with the business and development teams, dependent workstreams, and QA teams; must have excellent communication skills with all groups. <BR><BR>Required Skill set: - Bachelors degree and at least 5 years experience as a business analyst in financial services <BR>- Experience in all phases of SDLC <BR>- Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team <BR>- Previous roles in creation of functional and technical specifications <BR>- Previous experience with test management software, preferably Mercury Quality Center <BR>- Previous testing experience including regression testing <BR>- Knowledge of standard process definitions <BR>- Experience with identification of areas of process, design, and implementation risk due to upstream software development and deployment <BR>- Ability to develop SIT and UAT test cases and scripts <BR><BR>Additional Capabilities Needed: NICE TO HAVE <BR>- Experience using relational databases.
